We successfully operate two Italian-language schools, a few kindergardens, and a holiday rental agency. Obviously, fees for our services are calculated when a purchasing agreement is concluded with a notary or whenever we have mediated to a lease-to-own situation. Preliminary contracts are still of great importance when it comes to buying property in Sicily because they determine liability. Fees for our services, however, are the standard fee for EU countries when it comes to facilitating a purchase agreement or a lease-to-own agreement. Thus, they are comparable to those of a broker. Additional services that are not included in the normal responsibilities of a broker are also charged. This is a reflection of time spent and other considerations which we would discuss with you based on your case.
